Shipping days are from
Monday to Saturday for interstate delivery and Monday to Sunday for deliveries within Lagos

Delivering your goods to you swiftly and safely is so important to us. We value every single customer that’s why we trust our deliveries to our carefully selected courier. It’s also why we ask that your order be signed for, if you cannot be there then please let us know if you have an alternative i.e. colleague, neighbour etc.

Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not included as deliveries might be affected by these variables.

Orders Below 200k

  • Standard Delivery Method costs
    N3,000 within Lagos Mainland
    •Delivery to lagos island costs
    N4,000
  • Delivery after Ajah cost N5,000
  • Order Arrival is same day within Lagos
  • Standard Delivery Method costs
    N5,500.00 For Interstate delivery ( outside Lagos)
  • (2 – 4 business days) Interstate
  • Orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the next business day

Orders Above 200k

  • Standard Delivery Method is free within
    Lagos
  • Onforward Delivery Method is free within Lagos
  • Order Arrival is (1- 2 business days)
    within Lagos
  • Standard Delivery Method outside Lagos is free.
  • Order Arrival is (2- 5 business days)Interstate Shipping (outside Lagos )
  • Orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the next business day

For Order Pickup

  • Free pick up in our pickup location after 24hrs of placing the order
  • Customer must sign for all orders upon receipt.
  • At delivery, the customer must ascertain that the order is correct and delivered in good condition before signing.
  • The delivery time starts after order has been processed to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to
    you.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Fola Fragrance bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
